What am I doing wrong??
When I set a cue point on deck B and a track is playing on deck A, I want deck B to start at the cue point on the beginning of a bar (beat-synced). If I'm slightly too early or too late, I expect Quantize to snap it into place.
I’ve tried all the settings by now, but it still doesn’t work.
I’m using the latest VDJ version and a Pioneer FLX10.

What quantize function have you used ?
You should really use quantize_all and it should work as described as soon as the globalQuantize setting is set to 1 beat

Thank you for the reply,
I figured out that the quantize_all is the mapping of the quantize hardware button on the controller FLX10.
This one lights up nicely after pressing.
I did set the global quantize to 1 beat, 1/2 beat as well as 4 beats but that does not seem to make any diffrence.
Also the setting of the cuepoint (if not perfectly aligned by me) can be off 1/2 to 1/8 beat.
I did do a reanalyse the track for the correct beatgrid but that does not help either.
Only way I get them perfectly aligned is setting cue point as good as possible, start with cue button right moment (as good as possible) and than hit the sync butten once more.

Those settings work fine on my end (I use it all the time for setting cuepoints on the fly). What's the value of quantizeSetCue in settings? Does turning that on for all decks chanee anything (it was my impression that quantize_all would override that but I'm not sure/it's worth a try to see)
If you unplug your controllers (i.e. just use the software), just load a track to a deck and try to set a cuepoint with the settings @PhantomDeejay described, does it work as described? If not, then probably backup your current settings.xml, remove it, then restart VirtualDJ, set the settings as described and try again.
One important thing to note is that the setting does depend on the quality of beatgridding of your track - the fractions are relative to the beatgrid.

Dear All,
Thank you for the advice that I follwed.
I did several windows restarts and a power off reset as well.
Also I deleted the settings.XML and "rebuild" taht one with the old settings.
For me due an unclear reason it just started to work as expected in the settings.
Have now quantize all on as weel as quantizeSetCue as wel as sync on start.
For now it works, I press thumbs that it will stay working.
