Topic: Pioneer ddj 200
hi folks! my student got as first controller the ddj 200 and a laptop Asus vivo book with amd risen 7000 series, 500 gb, 8 gb ram, windows11 home single. I`m not being able to use vdj trial with his controller, is that mean that it isn't compatible ?
when I plugged the controller to my MacBook Pro with pro infinity license I was able to use 100 %

please help !

If he had created a VirtualDJ Account he would be able to start a 30-days Trial of VirtualDJ with his controller. If not, please ask him to join our Support

he created an account and started the 30 days trial, and still have the issue, can't use his controller, the computer recognizes it right away, the faders work but play, cues etc don't...
