Topic: songs do not appear in folder [SOLVED]
Ver 6.0.1 shows the folders on the drive in the left column.
However I cannot get any tunes to appear, and therefore
cannot play any.
All the tunes appear and will play outside of VDJ.
Did a check, clean, fix. Nothing happened.
Any ideas why this would happen?

Have you got your view options set to show music? Click on the 3rd button to the right of the search bar and verify Show Music is selected.
 
Yep sure do. Tried the same drive in another system and all is ok.
 
What did the "check" showed to you? Did it found all your files?
The VirtualDJ Database is at User/VirtualDJ. Did you login as this user or Administrator?
 
I am using XP so signing in as administrator is no issue.
What I did last night was uninstall ver 6 and reinstall it.
So far everything is okay.

Thank you, I was testing Virtual DJ 2026 lyrics, and somehow trying to figure out how to show lyrics, I must have accidentally changed this in settings or on the left.

I searched show, and found option for show music and video...

It was an old post, but still very useful.
