Topic: Please switch off LEDs of Hercules DJ Console on exiting VDJ2

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

When I exit VDJ2 the LEDs of my Hercules DJ Console remain in their current states, that means some are on, some are off. Even if I power down my computer the LEDs stay on. Please switch off each LED when exiting VDJ (like OTS DJ is doing ;-)). Thanks a lot!

That's an excellent idea. However, they turn off here when I shut down my PC. Another way to turn them off (not the best way, but it works) is to switch from "Advanced" mode to "5.1" mode, and back to "Advanced" mode in the Hercules Mixer... ;)

@macourteau: Thanks for your hints, but with my computer they don't have the expected effect... The LEDs remain on!

Yes, it is weird...

I can only switch off the consoles LED's by rebooting the computer or by removing the USB cable from the console to the pc. therefore I'd appreciate a "soft switch" :-)
 
maybe your console is slightly faulty?
tried emailing hercules?
 
No this happens on my console too, but other programs who use the DJConsole turn off the LED's when they are closed...
