I have a question. What causes the last entry to be different from the other two? Thank you in advance for the information.

The title is longer, so to still fit it it's shrunk a bit
The option to chnage this is browserTextFit

Thank you very much Adion. I have one more question. I’ve noticed that every other track appears in a bold font - is it possible to change this so that all titles use the same font?

No, every other track definitely doesn't use "bold" text.
However it uses different background shade and that may give you the impression that the font is more fat.
But definitely, not bold.
If you want to remove the background stripes from the browser, then you would have to edit the skin.
