DJ PLK have you got "file date" enabled in your browser? If so, get rid of it.

Also disable analyzeSongsOnView if enabled.
I have an M4 Pro (48GB RAM, 1 TB SSD) and M1 (16 GB RAM, 1 TB SSD) MacBook Pro and I use them with a DDJ-FLX10/a DJM-S11 with Phase (both DVS abnd HID modes) on top of 2× Reloop RP 7000 MK2s - I 've have done those things and I've not experienced any freezes.
