Probably not VDJ specific but Ive had 2 brand new laptops, one with AMD everything and the other intel+nvidia, specs beyond sufficient BUT all windows 11. I often get stutters and it's kinda gamebreaking. I found a possible fix which is to enable airplane mode, then afaik no stutters. Is there anything else to fix dpc latency? When it happens it makes it not suitable to play live..
Anyway dont get windows 11

Like most things laptops need tweaked a little bit to get the best out of them. Most come out of the box with all the power saving garb enabled for longer battery life, and you need to undo all of that. Basics include using a performance power plan and disabling core parking if possible, although some laptops don't allow this as it's set in BIOS.
The fact it stops in Airplane mode points to a network driver causing the issue, so you can disable them one by one in device manager to see if the problem can be narrowed down.
Have a read of this for some general guidance.
