I have tried to uninstall and reinstall but still happening I have had this issue once before and just restarting the computer fixed it but not this time.

Yeah no the new build definitely has some issues. Mine started freezing on macos (m1) as soon as I updated. Doesn't load any songs, just freezes and becomes non-responsive after I try to browse. So now I downgraded to previous version and works fine.

I have no freezing issues on my M1 or M4 Pro for any recent release, so it's more likely a personal config/setup issue.
If you have any type of column that reads directly from the file always (I believe File Date is one), or you have autoAnalysSongsOnView and you are browsing a folder withva lot of unanalyzed files, it may be contributing to the problem.
