What is the difference between those CDJ export modes?
If I have a XDJ-RX3 which mode is correct?
And what about a CDJ3000?

You re correctly using the CDJ2000 export mode for your RX3. The modes are mostly to ensure VDJ will convert unsupported filetypes for specific devices.
The difference from CDJ2000NXS mode (used CDJ2000NXS2, CDJ-3000, XDJ-AZ, Omnis Duo, Omnis Quad) is that those devices support 96Khz (WAV, AIFF, FLAC), so if you have just 44, 48Khz Tracks, the mode shouldnt matter.

Thanks DjDad. So the mode has nothing to do with syncing for examples hotcues or loops from Pioneer unit back to VDJ?
Because it seems there are occasions when syncing those things does not reach VDJ.
