my music suddenly lowered & now no sound...seems to be stuck in mono.... Any ideas???

Most likely your audio setup was changed to have output out of one channel of the stereo pair.
See the following for details (try to change it back to the default audio settings for your soundcard):

thank you!!..... It worked for 5 sec then volume lowered itself.. the box on right side has this..44.1k 11.6ms 2out..... would this have anything?? I could swear it changed itself and that's when issues started... it is connected by bluetooth, but never had any issues..

What does it say for channels? Does it say "chan 1 & 2" or just "chan 1"?
If it is the latter, then youwant to change it to be "chan 1 & 2" and then hit Apply
