I've never used the info panel, but one thing at would be handy is a tool to extract information for each track and display it.
For example if I type in the name of a track wiki to Google it mainly comes up with a wikipedia page packed full of info.
Be good for it to look for specific info then display it in the panel something like this, maybe even regional for chart postions.
Highest chart position
Weeks in chart
Weeks at number one
Composer
Producer
What original track is it a cover version of
Does it use a sample from another track
Album
Film soundtrack (if applicable)
Since all that information is out there it would be great if it can be collated live from the web if required instead of having to do it the old way by searching an manually populating fields.

Somebody I've worked with made something like this, he pulled the data from the spotify API to populate vdj tags, I don't know if he has any interest in releasing it.
