To further showcase this odd behaviour:
I have VirtualDJ and SoundSwitch installed on both my computer & my laptop. Both are running a fresh install of Windows 11, and both VirtualDJ & SoundSwitch are running factory default settings.

If I play a song on both Deck 1 & Deck 2 simultaneously, both with programmed light shows, it will only play the lightshow on Deck 1.
If I turn up/down the Deck 1 LEVEL slider, nothing happens.
If I turn up/down the Deck 2 LEVEL slider, nothing happens.
If I move the CROSSFADER from all the way left to all the way right, nothing happens.

Meanwhile on my laptop,
If I play a song on both Deck 1 & Deck 2 simultaneously, both with programmed light shows, it will play the lightshow based on where the CROSSFADER is, and the intensity of the lights are based on the corresponding LEVEL slider. I prefer these settings. How do I make these settings default on my computer as well?

You might want to confirm your performance mode settings are the same in both cases for SoundSwitch.

THANK YOU -- To confirm the solution:
"Ensure that the "External Mixer" option is not enabled when using "Deck 1-2" Mode."
For some reason this was enabled by default on my laptop, but not on my computer.
