I don't know if this is a new topic, but I have the following problem.
If I move a file to a folder to another drive within VDJ, it works fine (rightclick on a fileoperations - move to). When finished and i want to move another file (from same disk) to another folder (on antoher disk), the pop-up only gives me the choice of the folder I used before. So I can't actually move it to the folder that is right for me. This used to work for me without any problems, but it hasn't since 2025.
If I want to move a folder, I have all the choices again and the problem doesn't occur, but with a file, or multiple files at the same time, it does. Strange!
VDJ does provides information to the pop-up browser so that it opens the last opened path, that kind of thing, and VDJ knows via this Windows functionality where files are after they have been moved, so there is more going on. In VDJ, did something change in the latest update? can somebody reproduce this?
SHORT: Can you move a file (not a folder) to a folder on another drive. Then try to move another file to the same drive, but another folder. Do you see the other folders?
i am using windows 11 by the way and run latest updates on windows and VDJ
