If you load a video into a deck filmed in portrait from a mobile phone it will play as expected with black bars either side.
If the 'Blur Black Bars' effect is active on the deck, when the video is paused it looks fine, as soon as you press 'play' the video video spins 90deg, however the aspect stays the same so the video is squashed long and thin.
