Hello,
I have a used Hercules 4MX that I purchase broken and had it repaired.
When I try to download the OEM software it says that this license is already registered.
Is there a way a new owner (me) can download the software?
I am running an old version of mac os and need to use this version.

Send a support ticket with your account details and they may provide an older version for you.
