at mac only midi works. there is no led at all and screens are black. in windows leds are working fine and midi also. still no screens (plugin is installed in both versions and latest update etc)

Can't seem to get this skin interface to work / display on my X1 MK3. Is there anything we need to do to get the skin to register to VDJ8?
 
Good afternoon! There is a problem with skins. If you simultaneously connect the Traktor X1 MK3 and Traktor Z1 MK2 to VirtualDJ, the screens on both controllers freeze, while if one of the controllers is connected, everything works fine. I really ask you to fix this.
 
There is still an issue when connecting both X1 mk3 and Z1 mk2 together. It looks like the skin on the X1 is trying to write to the screens on the Z1 and both units screens start flickering and displaying garbled information. On their own they work fine. I am on the latest build which already includes a fix for these screens, so maybe this is a new issue.
