Please, whenever I do a backspin, no sound coming out, but if I push the wheels forward, there is sound, can someone take me through the settings please.

Scratch panel on the mixer.
If you have smart scratch turned on turn it off.
 
I uses Pioneer DDJ RZ, there is nothing of such on it, please if you have an idea, let me know.

Ensure SmartScratch is disabled.
