Use resource monitor to see what is eating up your cpu time.

Imtry i see that Vdjay use a lot of ressources when i play some videos or musics

how about if you play music or videos with other programs, does it go high then?

HP Laptop AMD A6-3420 4gb ram Windows 10 64bit (all updates current) VDJ Build 4459
playing 1080p video (With video skin on) CPU = 30% - 50% average around 35%
Playing Audio CPU = 20% - 50% average around 30%
also i have to admit this laptop is terrible when trying to mix video but with just audio is fine.
Seems like your more powerful Laptop needs optimized and may not be suitable for video like mine.
