Master video screen , you can only see the very small in the middle of the screen when video is playing and when using tv you see the whole of the virtual screen

Most likely your secondary screen (TV) is not set to "Extend" .. https://virtualdj.com/help/videotutorials.html?view=quicktips&episode=fullscreenvideo
