When I adjust the EQ on the Pioneer DDJ FLX10's Bass, Mid, and High controls, the headphone button above the channel faders flashes.
This only happens when my laptop is connected. Listening to the tracks works without any problems.

You most likely changed the EQ mode for that channel to be one of the Stem EQ modes (the flash while adjusting is to let you know you are in that mode)
Press SHIFT + that PFL cue button to return it to the regular frequency EQ mode (SHIFT + PFL cue toggles between frequency EQ mode and the chosen stem advanced EQ mode in settings).

i found the problem my eqMode was in ModernEQ i have changed in Frequency and the flashing was fixed
