I saw that rekordbox did something like that. After analyzed a song, there was underlined in different colors described sections of a song line intro, build up, chorus, drop, outro. I think that I could help dj to planned easier way where to mix

This has beem brought up before here. The feature you are referring to is actually mainly for use by their DMX light software for knowing how to change chases (and most of the times it's completely wrong and you have to manually adjust it).
The VirtualDJ analysis sort of generates something similar (Remix Points), but I think by default they sfe invisible (and I've never really gotten many points from it in my experience). It's also a hard (but not impossible) problem in terms of labelling - how do you reliably know what is a verse, what is a chorus, etc?
