I recently try to use vst plugins with VDJ 2023 and it s work very well ( example soundtoys rack) but:
If I set the FX options to prefader I can listen the effect in the headphone but the counterpart is if I use a delay or reverb for example when I close the fader the delay or reverb tail is cuted also.
For this scenario I think if you add a gain fader (with infinite db down ) for the input on vst plugin we can product this type of effect without touch the volume fader but the gain input fader on vst plugin.
