Is my laptop powerful enough etc.
 
Nothing is wrong with your computer. It's the drivers installation that fails at some point.
Perhaps some Antivirus is blocking that ? If so, disable and try installing again.
 
Done it. Brilliant. Followed ya advice and it sorted it.
