Hey, so I'm using VDJ with Easy KRM, using MP4s in Automix for filler, and using the Automix Live plugin here and there to control the filler clips- about once a night, about halfway thru the playback, the track will stop suddenly while the singer is singing and the filler music comes on- the singer is staring at me like (!!!!) and I'm completely in the dark- ever heard of anything like that?

Nothing specific to what the plugin does.
It will unload a deck but only to replace a placeholder on deck. but then I can't think of anything that would unload a deck automatically otherwise.
Karaoke isn't my thing (I call it exported Japanese sonic torture) but one thing I do know from making the plugin, there's no standard procedure. If you can recreate the bug I can work on it but there's too many weird ways people work for me to chase vaguely described happenings.

I don't see this plugin in Virtual DJ 2025. Where can I find it?

in the vdj gui you'll find the fx under master fx panel in 'other' folder
[that way forces calling only from deck master, as intended]

I have been using this plugin for years now. The things I find most "glitchy" in its use :
1. next singer just disappears if I am adding a song too close to the finish of the current singer.
2. You can't put duplicate songs in the rotation - I know this is a VDJ thing but still.

1 unfortunately being an automatic sequence, it's just one of those things you need to avoid doing
2 I'll have a look maybe I could refactor how it keeps the list.

Thank you. Another concern is it takes an additional step (risky step too) to clean up the way the history is stored. It gets cluttered up very quickly with duplicates. And I should add that I love having this plugin and have been using it for years in case I sound ungrateful.

That's vdj dealing with singer history but you can do a script to automate cleaning history as part of your weekly housekeeping, some users want a full log of a singers most frequent songs so it's not for me to touch.
