Can this create "VIDEO" skins, like for broadcasting??

In theory, any skin created with Skin Builder and Extractor can be used as a Video skin, by just moving the generated zip skin file from /Skins to /VideoSkins folder.
But there are some things that will need manual modification, like removing the logo, min, max,close buttons and probably add some elements not available in Skin Builder
