Hello there.
For the sampler it's more than necesary to have a full volume control when we use a external pad with sliders or knobs.
I mean, vdj is unable to keep in memory the sliders volume positions when we opening the software.
Please, do something :)

if you use same samples everytime you can change (and save) sample gain in sampler editor for each sample with volume 100%…..make this for all samples and volume are equlibrate 👍

Upgrade the sampler part with quantize and Snap options, mute vocals, mute melodies and mute kick. Editing gives precise audio,
Basic beat sequencer with at least 4 options: Kick, Clap, Hat and tones, combined with stems, expanded the live creation of remixes and mashups

Using the Pioneer XDJ-XZ. So you can set the Beat Loop pads to be sampler pads by hitting Shift Beat Loop button. Unless I'm missing something, the samplers get triggered, but they do not light up and blink when in use like Serato does. Is their an existing setting to make this happen, or can we update the software so that the pads light up when their is a sample in the bank?

VDJ does remember each volume. It's just the volume/gain you set in the sample editor
The reason is that the volumes in the sample overview are for for the sample position in the bank - so shared with the next bank you load - and is supposed to be able to change with each triggering, because it's supports touch sensitive pads
So for your purpose, simply set the sample volumes on each sample in the sample editor

A new sample type, for 1 shots you want to loop [bear with me hear].
I've got a load of kicks with long silent tails, I want sync loop them, but I don't want to pitch them.
Could the loop length be dynamically set at run time based on the bpm of master?
A side idea I worked on for remix skin is/was, using silent sync'd loops on the deck and that has apoi to call the one shot, it worked in principle but was a bit janky for full time use.

sample editor to have a key parameter, maybe even something that could be changed on the fly with script that is reset to bank spec on bank change

Seria ótimo se nos bancos de SAMPLERS tivesse um tipo TALK-OVER AUTOMÁTICO...igual o que já existe para microfones.... ao clicar nos PADs de SAMPLERS, os volumes (LEVELs) dos DECKS 1 e 2, diminuíssem. e assim poderia destacar as vinhetas nos SAMPLERS

I have a wish.
It's something I've needed for a long time.
It would be great if you could sort sample banks into subfolders. Like it has been for a long time with both effects.
Because it gets very confusing when there are a lot of sample banks over time.
For example, you could then find beats, audio, or video banks more easily. That would be if you had folders in the list.
